REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales can be a plus but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning about real estate markets is key.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and focus during outbound calling campaigns.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to building relationships and business development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, including property owners, investors, and potential buyers, using warm calling techniques to foster interest.
  • Qualify leads by assessing client needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to ensure alignment with available real estate options.
  • Build rapport through clear, confident communication while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools to track interactions, update client information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and marketing department to develop targeted outreach strategies that maximize outreach effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and stay informed about local real estate trends.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and persistence during calls to overcome objections and secure appointments or meetings for further engagement.
