Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience.

* Strong knowledge of both Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties.

* Must have completed at least one successful property sale within the last 3–6 months.

* RERA Broker Card (or eligibility to obtain one).

* UAE Driving Licence is preferred.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Generate and qualify buyer and seller leads.

* Market Off-Plan and Secondary properties.

* Conduct client meetings, property viewings and negotiations.

* Advise clients on pricing, investment opportunities and market trends.

* Build a strong portfolio of listings and maintain CRM records.

* Coordinate transactions with developers, mortgage consultants and legal teams.

* Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
