RESPONSIBILITIES

- Setting qualified appointments for the acquisition or listing team
- Basic negotiations and rapport building with prospects
- Conducting light market research when needed
- Accurate note-taking and CRM updates
- Completing daily administrative tasks related to lead follow-up
