Comfortable working on a 100% commission-based structure (no fixed salary).
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve results.
Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Real estate experience is an advantage, but career starters are welcome to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice based on clients’ requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions from initial inquiry through closing.
• Stay informed on market trends, property values, and new project launches in Dubai.
• Maintain accurate client records and update activities in the Company’s CRM system.
• Achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional professional service standards.
