REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 years UAE experience

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Plan swift & Excel

Strong understanding of construction drawings

Good communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Quantity take-off and cost estimation

Preparing BOQs and quotations

Site measurement and valuation

Cost control and project budgeting

Coordination with site and procurement team
