Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in interior fit-out and/or exhibition projects
• Strong knowledge of materials, costing, estimation, and tendering processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, PlanSwift, ERP systems, and QS software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate BOQs by extracting quantities from drawings, layouts, and renders
• Prepare project cost estimates and pricing for fit-out and exhibition projects
• Develop tender documentation, technical proposals, and bid submissions
• Analyze drawings and specifications to ensure accurate costing and material take-offs
• Manage project variations, revisions, and cost updates
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to support tendering and execution requirements
