Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
· Minimum 7–10 years experience in quality management within manufacturing.
· Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
· Experience in structured problem‑solving methodologies (8D, RCA, CAPA).
· Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and close issues effectively.
· Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making skills.
Preferred
· Experience in metal packaging, food packaging, or similar manufacturing industries.
· Knowledge of ISO quality systems and manufacturing quality standards.
Experience working with multinational customers and regulatory requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead and manage the Quality Department, including QA, QC, and laboratory activities.
· Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
· Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for internal issues and customer complaints.
· Ensure timely and professional handling of customer claims and non‑conformities.
· Develop quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and operational risks.
· Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to maintain product quality standards.
· Prepare and lead internal and external audits.
· Develop and mentor the quality team to improve performance and accountability.
