Public Relations Officer
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience as a PRO in the hospitality sector
- Previous hotel experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, visa processing, and legal documentation
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
- UAE driving license preferred
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience in recruitment coordination and onboarding is an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage UAE visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status updates
- Handle Emirates ID processing, labour cards, and immigration documentation
- Liaise with government departments and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Coordinate with HR and management on onboarding and employee documentation
- Support recruitment-related activities and candidate coordination when required
- Maintain accurate employee and company legal records
- Ensure timely completion of government approvals and documentation processes
- Build and maintain professional relationships with government authorities
- Provide administrative support for HR and compliance activities
