REQUIREMENTS

• Proven sales experience (minimum 1 year UAE experience)
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional
• Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, portals, and social media
• Advise buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on property options and investments
• Conduct property viewings (off-plan & secondary market)
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements to close deals successfully
• Maintain accurate records using the company CRM
