REQUIREMENTS

* A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing construction projects or interior fit outs in F&B projects in UAE
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
* Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction.
* Proficiency in relevant software and technology for project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Timely delivery of projects in line with approved schedules and budgets.
* Achievement of key project milestones from design through handover.
* Quality execution with minimal defects and snag-free handovers.
* Timely submission and approval of required local authority permits.
* Efficient collection, comparison, and evaluation of quotations.
* Effective site coordination, progress reporting, and compliance with safety and HSE standards.
