Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–4 years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum practices.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master is highly preferred.
• PMP Certification or PMP Certification Training/Course Completion is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred :

• PMP Certified Professional.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM) is an added advantage.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and deliver medium to large-scale projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and project teams.
• Track project performance using relevant metrics and reporting tools.
