REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred)
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Mandatory experience in camps / accommodation / remote site facilities
• Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, and site execution
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP certification is an advantage
• UAE experience is mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage Oil & Gas camp projects from planning to handover

Oversee construction, maintenance, and operation of labor camps and facilities

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per contract

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

Manage project schedules, resources, and risk mitigation plans

Ensure strict compliance with HSE, ADNOC, and local regulatory standards

Prepare project reports, progress updates, and cost controls
