Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Implementation of ITSM, ITIL frameworks
- Experience in Implementation of tool – Jira or ServiceNow or equivalent ITMS tools
- Deep understanding of the Incident Lifecycle Management, Problem Management
- Project planning
- Risk and Issue Management
- Stakeholder management and Governance
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the successful delivery of ITSM projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, fostering effective communication and problem-solving to overcome project hurdles.
- Oversee the implementation and adoption of ITSM processes and tools, such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
