Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or PMP certification is an advantage
• 5–15+ years of relevant project management experience
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, IT, manufacturing, or EPC projects preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end project activities
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Develop detailed project schedules and resource plans
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, performance, and milestones
• Manage project budgets, costs, and financial reporting
• Identify risks, issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Conduct regular project meetings and status reporting
• Approve technical decisions and resolve project conflicts
• Ensure timely delivery of project within scope and quality expectations
