REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with project management platforms such as Jira, including features like Kanban or Scrum boards
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira Service Management or Jira Work Management is a plus
  • Understanding of project tracking tools like Gantt charts for visualizing schedules and dependencies
  • Basic familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including phases such as planning, development, testing, and deployment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in technical project coordination or project management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Gantt chart tools, or similar platforms)
  • Experience with workflow documentation, reporting, and project progress tracking
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong coordination with team members
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and high-quality execution

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage deployment and implementation activities across multiple projects
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and other stakeholders to support successful project execution
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and ensure alignment on project progress
  • Monitor project tasks and workflows using tools such as Jira and other project management platforms
  • Utilize project tracking tools such as Gantt charts to monitor schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Ensure technical and infrastructure requirements are validated prior to deployment
  • Document project progress, updates, and key decisions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support lifecycle tracking of projects from planning and deployment through post-launch handoff to support teams
  • Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or delays and escalate them appropriately
