Project Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out / construction
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of project documentation and site workflow
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic project tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and execution of fit-out works
- Coordinate between site team, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and logs
- Follow up on material submittals, approvals, and procurement status
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and authority approvals (if applicable)
- Attend meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
