REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in event coordination, exhibitions, or project management preferred.
• Familiarity with local suppliers, venues, and regulations
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, exhibitions, and trade shows from concept to completion
• Support on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations, setup, and breakdown. Maintain project documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations.
• Liaise with clients to confirm requirements, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for event logistics including booth setup, AV requirements, catering, transport, and signage.
