Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead project lifecycles from start to finish to ensure every initiative directly supports our overarching business strategy and goals.
• Secure and manage essential resources to empower the team and guarantee that project milestones are met on time.
• Direct the project budget and planning by proactively adjusting for shifting needs, ensuring we remain financially responsible and efficient.
• Communicate progress and quality metrics to provide stakeholders with clear, transparent insights into the health of our projects.
• Resolve complex project obstacles immediately to maintain momentum and ensure the team delivers consistent, high-quality results.
