Program Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS degree required
• 6+ years of experience in operations, program, or events management
• Fluency in Greek and English is required
• Proficiency with Canvas, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and Google Suite
• Ability to reside within easy commuting distance of Athens, Greece

Preferred

• Prior experience in higher education or customer-centric industries like hospitality or retail
• Familiarity with the educational landscape in Greece or Southeastern Europe
• Entrepreneurial perspective regarding operational efficiency and customer service

RESPONSIBILITES

• Lead day-to-day program operations for graduate degree offerings in Athens
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality student services for mid-career and executive learners
• Plan and execute program-related events, residencies, and international modules
• Provide operational and administrative support to faculty, including classroom readiness
• Support operations, admissions, and business development by coordinating meetings and managing logistics
