REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a joinery production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Oversee daily joinery operations, ensuring efficient workflow from raw material to finished product.
• Manage and motivate a team of joiners, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee joinery products meet high standards.
• Schedule and coordinate production activities, optimizing resource allocation and meeting deadlines.
