Production Plant Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical), Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within plastic packaging production.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, and achieving key performance indicators in a high-volume packaging plant.
• In-depth knowledge of various plastic manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, blow molding, extrusion) and associated machinery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production of plastic packaging according to quality standards and deadlines.
• Develop and implement strategic production plans to optimize output, minimize waste, and control costs within the packaging facility.
• Manage and mentor a diverse production team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement in packaging processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control protocols specific to plastic packaging manufacturing.
• Lead Factory setup
• Training machine operators and supervisors
• reporting production KPIs
• Quality Control
