Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• High School/ ITI diploma
• 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
• Knowledge of English, Hindi
• Smart, hardworking, committed and dedicated
• Strong knowledge of machine operation & safety.
• Knowledge of UHT processing plant & down line

RESPONSIBILITES

• Operate different machine as per requirement in UHT, Ice cream & Dairy section.
• Carried out CIP operation as per procedure.
• To take prompt action in case of any machine breakdowns
• Mount proper tooling, observe the machines in operation and make adjustments to control the rate of production.
• Minor repairs or performing minor machine maintenance, such as oiling and cleaning.
• Online product quality check.
• Able to fill on line parameter of machine, Filling & Packing log sheet.
• Monitor performance to production schedules & inventory of raw materials packing material & finished goods.
• To keep close watch on physical stock of products & Follow FIFO methodology.
• To look after general cleanliness of the plant, machine, & equipment.
• Meet production KPI [Increase Yield, Reduce wastage, Increase productivity].
