Production Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Fashion Production, or related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within apparel, sportswear, footwear, lifestyle retail, or fashion industry.
– Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, textiles, product development cycles, private label production, and branded merchandise.
– Experience managing international suppliers especially in Asia, with GCC retail/fashion industry exposure and knowledge of sustainability and compliance standards in manufacturing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Manage end-to-end production lifecycle from order confirmation to final delivery. Coordinate with design, buying, and merchandising teams to ensure production readiness.
– Identify, onboard, and manage manufacturers, factories, and suppliers.
– Prepare reports on supplier performance, cost analysis, and production efficiency.
– Work closely with Buying, Design, Merchandising, Logistics, and Planning teams.
