REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Biomedical Science, or related field (Dental background preferred)
• 2–5 years’ experience in orthodontics, dental devices, or healthcare commercial roles
• Solid understanding of fixed orthodontics and/or clear aligner therapy
• Experience working with channel partners is an advantage
• Must possess a fluent level of the English language and French languages are a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales growth and market penetration of Ormco Wires, Brackets, and Spark Aligners within the assigned territory
• Support achievement of territory objectives through effective account management, opportunity identification, and disciplined execution
• Partner closely with the end users, Sales Representatives and Channel Partners to execute territory and growth plans
• Maintain strong knowledge of competitive products, market trends, and clinical evidence by coordination with clinical and education team
• Build trusted relationships with orthodontists and key decision-makers
• Support Spark customer onboarding and ongoing case success through clinical & educational team
• Support execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional programs
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience
• Collect customer insights and feedback to support continuous improvement
• Operate with the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism, in line with Ormco and EBS
