Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience working at a major carrier as a property claims adjuster (field or desk)
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end property claims process within P&C
• Experience working closely with product, engineering, data, and operational teams
• Proven ability to assess complex workflows and identify high-impact improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort owning ambiguous, high-leverage initiatives with measurable financial impact

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct an end-to-end review of the property claims lifecycle, from FNOL to settlement, to identify friction points and automation opportunities
• Develop deep expertise in property claims decision-making and how data supports adjusters
• Identify breakdowns in claim workflows, documentation, and data capture
• Own the integrity of core claims data across product, operational, and financial systems
• Define standards for claims quality, documentation rigor, and estimate accuracy
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Claims Operations, and Analytics to resolve systemic issues
• Translate operational insights into measurable product improvements and roadmap decisions
• Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on the property claims lifecycle
