Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• 2+ years of experience building AI-native products, such as LLM/agent systems, applied ML, or computer vision.
• Hands-on experience with current AI tooling, including prompting frontier models and designing/reading evaluations.
• Proven track record of shipping B2B or enterprise products for sophisticated domain users.
• Strong technical instincts with the ability to prototype ideas using code or no-code tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating high-quality specs and client-facing documentation.

Preferred

• Product experience within construction-tech or AEC software (e.g., Autodesk, Trimble, Procore).
• Domain expertise in construction, real estate, or large-scale infrastructure (BIM, scheduling, cost, or compliance).
• Exposure to enterprise Common Data Environments (CDEs) like Autodesk ACC, BIM 360, or Oracle Unifier.
• Experience in forward-deployed or design-partner roles.
• Arabic language proficiency and familiarity with the GCC market context.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set quarterly product strategy for your squad, aligned with SuperHive’s platform vision and the broader construction lifecycle.
• Translate customer needs from master developers, project owners, and contractors into prioritized capabilities and crisp specifications.
• Prototype with agents and frontier models to scope use cases, design evaluations, and validate end-to-end workflows.
• Partner with the customer engagement team to manage design-partner co-builds and drive the graduation of client features into platform capabilities.
• Act as the customer-facing voice of your squad through demos, requirements workshops, and conversion analysis.
• Collaborate within a cross-squad product pod to ensure platform coherence.
