Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently studying towards or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.Comfort speaking directly with customers and conducting structured conversations.
• Interest in AI, software products and digital experiences.
• Exposure to payments, fintech or hospitality technology is advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Help build and iterate on our client’s website using AI-assisted development tools.
• Research and evaluate AI tools and technologies for faster product prototyping.
• Create prototypes, landing pages, internal tools and proof-of-concepts using AI, no-code and low-code tools.
• Conduct competitor analysis across payments, loyalty, offers, subscriptions and hospitality technology.
• Speak with customers to gather product feedback and identify pain points.
• Assist Product Managers with discovery, requirements gathering and market research.
• Analyse product metrics and customer behaviour and document insights for the Product team.
