REQUIREMENTS

• Substantial experience in audio and video production (5+ years)
• Friendly and respectful communication with team members and stakeholders through written form as well as over the shoulder sessions and meetings
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of Project Management software such as Monday.com or similar tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Executive Producer across the planning, production, and delivery of all assigned video projects, from concept development to post-production.
• Collaborate with a variety of agency suppliers focused on execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
• Work with the EP to maintain creative excellence, introducing new formats and approaches to keep our channel content fresh and engaging.
• Collaborate with the EP to make data driven decisions that optimize our content roadmaps to ensure the highest possible impact and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in video production, including AI tools that can expedite the production process.
• Periodically act as a producer or director on high-value or complex projects.
• Provide quality control feedback on agency partners’ output.
