REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on IT procurement.
• Strong knowledge of IT products, software licensing, cloud services, and vendor management.
• Experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Knowledge of software licensing models and IT asset management.
• Experience with global IT vendors and procurement processes.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance requirements related to IT procurement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and procurement cycles simultaneously.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for IT hardware, software, licenses, cloud services, and technology solutions.
• Develop and implement IT procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best pricing and service agreements.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with IT, finance, and operations teams to understand procurement requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, inventory tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of IT equipment and services.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers, technologies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, cybersecurity standards, and legal regulations.
