Procurement Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred to ensure foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience, demonstrating a proven track record in managing supplier relationships.
- Experience in a specific industry, such as manufacturing and general trading
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all purchasing activities from RFQ to final delivery.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, request and compare quotations.
- Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders as per company policy.
- Follow up with suppliers on production, shipment, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance for delivery and payment.
- Maintain supplier and order records with updated status tracking.
- Ensure all procurement processes follow internal procedures and approvals.
- Support procurement reporting and continuous process improvements.
