REQUIREMENTS

  • College Degree
  • Clean background check
  • Customer service skills are required
  • Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
  • Well organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication is a must
  • Communicate with all contacts constructively and must be able to listen closely and convey points clearly
  • Must be positive, professional, and possess a cheerful attitude
  • Respect confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a secure manner
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Document processing: 1 year (Preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage data for new and existing clients within the database, ensuring that all communication with clients and outside agencies are accurate in the client record
  • Handle client records efficiently and by following protocols
  • Perform follow-ups with clients as directed
  • Communicate with clients and outside agencies through phone calls, emails, text messaging and accurately detail the information requested and received in those communications
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with the law and government regulations
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
