POS Project Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 5–10+ years of experience in POS production, retail rollout, or fabrication project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of fabrication materials and processes, specifically wood, metal, and acrylic.
- Proven track record of managing prototypes and complex multi-location installations.
- Excellent negotiation, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office for project tracking and reporting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant plus.
- Previous experience within the Beauty, Cosmetics, or Luxury industries is highly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning and execution of Point-of-Sale (POS) and retail display projects from prototyping through production and multi-site rollout.
- Convert design briefs into production-ready builds, considering materials, structure, safety, assembly, and transport.
- Manage RFQs, prototypes, sample approvals, and industrialization processes.
- Coordinate with fabrication, print, logistics, warehousing, and installation partners.
- Develop and track rollout plans, including store lists, delivery waves, and installation schedules.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with brand standards and technical specifications.
- Control project budgets and margins, manage change requests, and secure approvals for variations.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BOMs, drawings, POs, and installation reports.
