JOB DETAILS

REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed Physical Therapist (in any state)
• Graduated from a US/UK/Canadian program (DPT preferred but not required)
• 2+ years evaluating & treating ortho/MSK patients
• Strong anatomy + exercise selection + progression/regression skill
• Great written communication (you can explain complex things simply)
• Comfortable on camera (educational + motivational coach style)
• Movement-first philosophy (you don’t need fancy words—just great coaching)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reply to member questions inside the community (clear, confident, practical)
• Review form videos and give corrections + next steps
• Help members navigate flare-ups and stuck points using a movement-first lens
• Use red-flag awareness to recommend medical referral without diagnosing
• Be on camera as a face of the brand (short educational/motivational videos)
• Help us build simple SOPs/workflows so coaching stays consistent as we grow
