Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • You are a pharmacist or pharmacy technician with community pharmacy experience.
  • You can handle ambiguity and are excited to try new things.
  • Ability to operate independently and drive projects from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Education and Training: Initiate “check-in” calls to provide strategic advice on how pharmacies can better utilize the platform.
  • Primary Presenter: Act as the lead representative for “Talk to a Pharmacy Advisor” calls and live demos of the our client’s platform.
  • Inbound Response: Monitor the Success email inbox and phone line, responding to voicemails and inquiries from prospective or current customers.
  • Expert Guidance: Serve as the product expert who can explain complex features in a way that provides clear value to the pharmacist.
  • Proactive Outreach: Proactively reach out to newly opened pharmacies to provide advice and demonstrations.
