REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5+ years of performance marketing experience
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Meta & TikTok experience preferred)
  • Experience in mobile app marketing, e-commerce, or DTC
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, GTM, dashboards)
  • Strong data-driven mindset and ability to manage budgets

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok
  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion performance
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to improve ROI and CAC efficiency
  • Execute A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, and tech)
  • Report insights and performance to senior leadership
