Performance Marketing Lead
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5+ years of performance marketing experience
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Meta & TikTok experience preferred)
- Experience in mobile app marketing, e-commerce, or DTC
- Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, GTM, dashboards)
- Strong data-driven mindset and ability to manage budgets
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion performance
- Analyze data and performance metrics to improve ROI and CAC efficiency
- Execute A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, and tech)
- Report insights and performance to senior leadership
