Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred
  • Mandatory experience in a Forex trading company
  • Banking-only experience will not be considered
  • Strong understanding of Forex trading and CFD products
  • Experience with MT4 and TradingView preferred
  • Knowledge of international payment gateways and providers
  • Experience with UK payment systems is an advantage
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reconciliation and analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Must currently be based in Dubai, UAE
  • Overseas applicants will not be considered

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process daily payment transactions including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and bonuses
  • Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and failed transactions
  • Monitor and reconcile fund movements within the CRM system
  • Maintain accurate payment records and transaction documentation
  • Coordinate KYC onboarding and documentation with payment service providers
  • Ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations and internal procedures
  • Analyze payment data and prepare operational reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external payment providers
  • Support improvements in payment systems and workflows
