Payment Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory experience in a Forex trading company
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred
Banking-only experience will not be considered
Strong understanding of Forex trading and CFD products
Experience with MT4 and TradingView preferred
Knowledge of international payment gateways and providers
Experience with UK payment systems is an advantage
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reconciliation and analysis
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Must currently be based in Dubai, UAE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process daily payment transactions including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and bonuses
Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and failed transactions
Monitor and reconcile fund movements within the CRM system
Maintain accurate payment records and transaction documentation
Coordinate KYC onboarding and documentation with payment service providers
Ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations and internal procedures
Analyze payment data and prepare operational reports
Coordinate with internal teams and external payment providers
Support improvements in payment systems and workflows
