RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a primary point of contact for patients and their families to address concerns, questions, and coordinate deliveries
  • Assist Pharmacy and Labs to address concerns, questions, and coordinate deliveries
  • Collaborate with medical drivers to coordinate deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information at all times
  • Participate in ongoing training
