RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a primary point of contact for patients and their families to address concerns, questions, and coordinate deliveries
- Assist Pharmacy and Labs to address concerns, questions, and coordinate deliveries
- Collaborate with medical drivers to coordinate deliveries
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information at all times
- Participate in ongoing training
