Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Multilingual (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Spanish, etc.)
• Fluent in verbal and written English to a business standard.
• 2–4 years of experience in Forex / CFD sales, customer support or partners role
• Hands-on experience with FX CRM and MT5
• Strong understanding of leverage, margin, spreads, swaps, trading products, IB rebates and master IB set ups.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Confident telephone manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Strong negotiation skills
• Great listening skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Preferred:

• Existing partner / affiliate / introducing broker network
• UAE / GCC market experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquisition of new partners (IB’s, affiliates, trading educators, and more)
• Provide excellent Account management via telephone, email and WhatsApp
• Explain trading products (Forex, Metals, Indices, CFDs) without providing investment advice to underlying clients.
• Guide clients through account opening/deposit/withdrawal procedures, and MT5 platform.
• Maintain and update leads in Partner Portal & CRM
• Retention & Optimization of Partner relationships
• Working with the team to ensure KPI’s are met.
• Supporting and assisting all departments as required.
• Follow compliance, suitability, and regulatory scripts
