Partner Recruiting Assistant
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One or more years of administrative, coordination, or recruiting-support experience; law firm or professional services experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., viRecruit) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and good judgment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process incoming lateral candidate submissions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the recruiting database (viRecruit).
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for candidate interviews, callbacks, and travel.
- Prepare interview evaluation packets and candidate materials.
- Solicit and follow up with attorneys to collect lateral candidate interview evaluations and feedback.
- Distribute resumes and candidate materials to Partner Recruiting Team members.
- Assist with the coordination of partner strategic growth initiatives.
- Assist with preparing standard reports and responding to ad hoc data requests and surveys.
- Support new hire paperwork and onboarding efforts for partner hires.
