REQUIREMENTS
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- A self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
- Social media or marketing experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients and schedule appointments
- Follow up with leads and existing clients
- Serve as the liaison between clients and our cleaning technicians
- Perform general administrative tasks, including basic Excel and data entry
- Assist with Facebook and Instagram posts and basic marketing
