Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of paid media strategy and implementation experience
  • Strong Google Ads experience
  • Strong Meta Ads experience
  • Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking experience
  • Programmatic advertising experience preferred
  • Local lead generation experience preferred
  • Clear communication and ability to work independently
  • Must have your own computer, reliable internet, and remote work setup

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
  • Review programmatic advertising performance
  • Monitor spend, leads, CPA, and lead quality
  • Review GTM, pixels, tags, and conversion tracking
  • Prepare simple performance reports
  • Flag issues, opportunities, and recommended changes
  • Suggest creative, landing page, or tracking improvements when needed
