Paid Media Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of paid media strategy and implementation experience
- Strong Google Ads experience
- Strong Meta Ads experience
- Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking experience
- Programmatic advertising experience preferred
- Local lead generation experience preferred
- Clear communication and ability to work independently
- Must have your own computer, reliable internet, and remote work setup
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Review programmatic advertising performance
- Monitor spend, leads, CPA, and lead quality
- Review GTM, pixels, tags, and conversion tracking
- Prepare simple performance reports
- Flag issues, opportunities, and recommended changes
- Suggest creative, landing page, or tracking improvements when needed
