REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced English, comfortable on live calls and reading contracts.
• Proven negotiation experience in any domain
• Preference given to candidates with iGaming M&A experience, or overall SEO-related/digital M&A experience
• SEO experience required.
• Schedule flexibility for cross-timezone seller calls.
• Direct experience evaluating, buying, or selling content websites.
• Exposure to iGaming, affiliate, or digital publishing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full acquisition lifecycle – from qualified lead to signed deal.
• SEO evaluation of every target – assess organic health and recommend whether to proceed or pass.
• Due diligence leadership – you drive it. Internal legal and technical teams will support you, but the deal logic is yours.
• Live negotiation with sellers – async (email/chat) and live (calls). Sellers don’t sit in one timezone; schedule flex matters.
• The go/no-go recommendation to leadership, with the financial and strategic case. Capital approval sits with the exec team.
