Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional telephone skills

Sales experience tracking to a quota

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to learn and internalize scripts

Must be US Citizen & have a US home address

RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to prospective clients

Educate families on available benefit programs

Build rapport and identify client needs

Schedule follow-ups and close sales

Maintain accurate client records in CRM
