REQUIREMENTS

• Additional certifications or training in Process Operations, Commissioning, or Technical Documentation.
• Prior experience working with major international Oil & Gas companies and EPC organizations across Middle East, USA, and North America regions.
• Direct exposure to gas processing projects, commissioning support, operational readiness documentation, and multinational project execution environments.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Prepare detailed Operations & Maintenance Manuals for Gas Treatment and Hydrocarbon Processing Plants.
• Review and interpret engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, Process Descriptions, Cause & Effect Charts, Control Narratives, Equipment Datasheets, Vendor O&M Manuals, and Utility Philosophies.
• Develop structured O&M documentation covering Plant Overview, Process Description, Operating Procedures, Start-up & Shutdown Procedures, Emergency Operations, Troubleshooting Guidelines, Safety Precautions, Maintenance Philosophy, and Equipment Maintenance Procedures.
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Operations teams for technical inputs and clarification.
• Ensure all manuals comply with project specifications, company standards, client templates, and industry best practices.
• Participate in technical review meetings and incorporate client comments into final deliverables.
• Support preparation of commissioning and operational readiness documentation where required.
