REQUIREMENTS

• Interest in fintech, digital payments, merchant technology, or financial services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist with merchant pre-onboarding and operational verification activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and merchant information across operational systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding documentation and process issues.
• Monitor onboarding workflows and help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
