Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in shipping and logistics operations, preferably within the maritime or freight forwarding industry.
• Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily shipping operations, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch of goods from origin to destination.
• Manage and optimize freight forwarding processes, including carrier selection, negotiation of rates, and booking of shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, customs brokers, and port authorities to facilitate smooth international and domestic transit.
• Monitor cargo movement and provide real-time updates to stakeholders, proactively addressing any delays or disruptions.
