REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma
• Stable and reliable internet connection
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams, with a strong aptitude for technology
• Excellent attention to detail and well organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and learn, particularly in the context of new technologies and processes
• Legal, property and casualty insurance or medical billing background preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct thorough reviews of correspondence to assess adherence to established criteria
• Complete detailed review of medical data and make corrections when necessary
• Make phone calls for customers to provide vital information for their success
• Work helpdesk tickets to determine the best resolution
• Participate in the development and execution of test plans and test cases
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on quality analysis findings
• Additional miscellaneous duties as assigned
