REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- Stable and reliable internet connection
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams, with a strong aptitude for technology
- Excellent attention to detail and well organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and learn, particularly in the context of new technologies and processes
- Legal, property and casualty insurance or medical billing background preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough reviews of correspondence to assess adherence to established criteria
- Complete detailed review of medical data and make corrections when necessary
- Make phone calls for customers to provide vital information for their success
- Work helpdesk tickets to determine the best resolution
- Participate in the development and execution of test plans and test cases
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on quality analysis findings
- Additional miscellaneous duties as assigned
