Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in administrative support, scheduling, dispatching, hospitality, retail management, logistics coordination, or similar coordination-focused roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Comfort learning scheduling platforms and internal systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Demonstrated reliability, ownership, and structured execution
- High attention to detail and pride in organized work
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate project schedules and maintain accurate timelines
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
- Track project progress and follow up on open items to ensure completion
- Maintain clean, organized documentation within internal systems
- Support calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Prepare reports that provide operational visibility to leadership
- Contribute ideas that improve workflow efficiency and consistency
- Assist with onboarding coordination and internal scheduling support
