Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in administrative support, scheduling, dispatching, hospitality, retail management, logistics coordination, or similar coordination-focused roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Comfort learning scheduling platforms and internal systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
  • Demonstrated reliability, ownership, and structured execution
  • High attention to detail and pride in organized work

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate project schedules and maintain accurate timelines
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
  • Track project progress and follow up on open items to ensure completion
  • Maintain clean, organized documentation within internal systems
  • Support calendar management and appointment scheduling
  • Prepare reports that provide operational visibility to leadership
  • Contribute ideas that improve workflow efficiency and consistency
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and internal scheduling support
